Senior Network Security Engineer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years experience as a technical/pre-sales support or systems engineer in WAN/LAN technologies and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Security Technologies.
- Must possess knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN (SSL & IPSec), Secure Messaging, Intrusion Detection, WAN Optimization, Bandwidth Management, PKI/Two Factor Authentication and Anti Virus.
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical mind and possess good interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to perform remote diagnostics without prior knowledge of the existing configuration or network design.
- Must be independent, positive attitude, aggressive, resourceful, result oriented and possess good problem solving skills
- Certification in any network security or network products i.e. SonicWALL, Fortinet, CCNA, CCNP and etc. would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Implement, support and consult on network and security products offered by Trans Niaga
- To study and understand the technical aspects of all the security products and solutions carried by the company i.e. Authentication, UTM firewall, Gateway Antivirus, SSL & IPSec VPN, WAN Optimization, Bandwidth Management, encryptions etc.
- Respond promptly to incident, investigate and provide resolution and updates of incidents escalated. Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement pro-active measures.
- Compile proposal to meet potential end user’s network security needs
- Own problem/assignment through to resolution/completion and ensure closure.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, high initiative levels, team player.
- Must be hands-on technical person
- Able to conduct a skilled pre-sales presentation elevating the right sales pitch
- Responsible for driving sales, in partnership with sales staff by serving as a technical resource throughout the sales cycle
- To be the main Technical resource on sales calls and will answer and educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
- Able to handle Proof-Of-Concept demonstration to customers and ensuring success
- Support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales if required
- Assisting in qualifying sales leads from a technical stand point
- Work closely with the technical support and engineering team to answer, elevate and resolve customer’s technical issues.

Junior Network Security Engineer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.(Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good knowledge in networking and security
- Experience in design, deployment, and on-going administration and troubleshooting all aspects of internetworking (Routers, LAN/WAN Switches, and Network Management products).
- Experience in deploying of Network Security products i.e. SSL VPN, IDS, Firewall, Bandwidth Management, WAN Optimizer
- Knowledge of networking protocols and topologies, network performance analysis.
- Knowledge of hardware and software configurations based upon network application, profiles, connectivity, and traffic and performance requirement.
- Basic knowledge on Windows environment
